A unique union of 5 Rhythms Ecstatic Dance practice and Pranamotion Yoga,
held in the quirky and delightful Wild Pear Centre by the spectacular Devonshire coastline
with its’ secluded beaches and wild, stunning cliff top walks.
We invite you to drop into your ocean consciousness. To breathe deep peace and release the pressure of your daily life, as you allow the dancing yogi of your heart to step out of the shadows into the light of embodied movement practices. Delight in the natural splendor and oceanic beauty of the coastline and our own internal landscape as we learn to surf our yoga mats and dance like water spirits riding currents of grace.l

There will also be a drop in Yoga + Dance on Mondays. Summer essentials participations can join in for half price (ie £7.50 for yoga+dance or £5 for just Yoga)
